Maidenhead based firm Colemans Solicitors LLP is delighted to announce the recruitment of two new solicitors to join the ranks of its highly respected Private Client team.

Rachel Burnett brings with her a wealth of experience in private client law, with a niche specialism in complex trust advice. Rachel is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and has been acknowledged this year by the leading legal directory in the UK, The Legal 500 for her expertise in this highly specialised field of law.

Kiran Panaich also joins the department this week. Kiran is skilled in Court of Protection and Probate work as well as in advising on and drafting Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Michael Cutler, head of the Private Client Department at Colemans said: “The arrival of both Rachel and Kiran to strengthen the Private Client team will ensure that we can focus on ensuring that work is turned around quickly with client service a key focus, while continuing to deliver technical solutions not normally found at a local level”.

Kate Williams, Managing Partner at Colemans added: “Hiring the best talent is an essential part of our growth strategy and has been a particular priority in the last 12 months. Bringing in the right people across all the firm’s areas of specialism will help us to cement the firm’s position as one of the region’s leading specialist law firms offering legal support to our private and business clients locally. The firm celebrated its 70th anniversary last year, and it is crucial that we continue to “punch above our weight” delivering high calibre specialist advice to clients that rivals that of larger regional firms, coupled with excellent customer service; this is what has kept us in business in the Thames Valley for 70 years and hopefully will continue to see the firm thrive and grow over the next 70 years!”
