Sue, a Cambridge graduate, has worked in the Commercial Department of Colemans since 1997. Previously she advised the Metal Box Company, firstly as a member of their legal department and later as an independent advisor on all commercial matters.
Sue has acted for many commercial clients including insurance brokers, IT and property companies, retail and wholesale outlets, engineering companies, accountants and surveyors guiding them through detailed terms to obtain successful results in acquisitions and sales of businesses, shareholder and partnership agreements and many other commercial contracts including intellectual property & IT.
She has also acted for many clients, both commercial and individuals, in the increasingly complex employment field advising them on all aspects of the employer/employee relationship including redundancy packages.
Sue is an avid sports enthusiast playing both tennis and badminton at competitive level. She lives in Sonning, is married and has one daughter.
